Telephone Calls
 
 

In order to handle our telephone communications most efficiently, let us share some basic information about our telephone procedures:


EMERGENCY CALLS are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please call the main office number. The answering service will contact the physician on call if the office is closed.


NON-EMERGENCY CALLS should be made between 8:00a.m. and 4:30p.m. Monday thru Thursday and between 8:00a.m. and 12:00p.m. on Friday.

One of our phone triage employees will most likely take your call, answer any questions she can, and check with the physicians when necessary. Our staff is well trained and experienced in this field and may be able to answer your questions themselves. If not, they will check with the physician, return your call, or ask a physician to return your call.

FOR PRESCRIPTION REFILLS,
Please call between 8:00a.m. and 4:30p.m. Monday thru Thursday and 8:00a.m. and 12:00p.m. on Friday, so that we may have your chart available to determine that a refill is the best course of treatment. You should have the pharmacy name and phone number available. Please call for refills at least 72 hours in advance. 

You may also request a Prescription refill on-line.  Follow the directions as noted on this website.

There is a FEE for non-urgent calls and prescription refill requests after office hours.
