Please call between 8:00a.m. and 4:30p.m. Monday thru Thursday and between 8:00a.m. and 12:00p.m. on Friday, so that we may have your chart available to determine that a refill is the best course of treatment. You should have the pharmacy name and phone number available. Please call for renewals at least 72 hours in advance. 

There is a FEE for non-urgent calls and prescription refill requests after office hours.

You may also request a Prescription renewal ON-LINE.  Follow the directions as noted on this website.  All online requests will be processed on the next business day.  Please make online requests at least 72 hours in advance.
